WordPress 3.4 Now Available – “Green”

WordPress 3.4 is ready for the world! The release is termed as the “Green” release. Named after jazz master Grant Green.

Here’s the official video of WordPress 3.4.

One of the biggest new features is the addition of Twitter.com as an oEmbed provider. This means you can link to a tweet just by putting the tweet link in the post and it will auto-embed it, just like it has for YouTube and other providers in the past.

Very excited to see WordPress 3.4 in the wild :)

    Also HTML Image caption and performance improvement made the 3.4 sweeter :)

      Indeed, those are definitely a couple other great additions.

      There are a few other sneaky ones that made their way in, very excited to continue playing with WordPress 3.4
