The Woo Team announced that WooCommerce 1.4 is on the way soon.
Here’s the short list of new things coming soon:
- A new default theme
- Much better and easier to use templating system for beginners
- Local and compound taxes
- Many code optimisations to improve loading time/memory

In this announcement from the Woo Team, they also mentioned 3 new payment gateways: Amazon FPS, FeeFighters Samurai, PayPal Digital Goods.
