Hopefully by now, everyone is aware of Google Analytics. If not, it’s a free* application by Google that lets you analyze your web traffic to very finite levels.
Google released a new feature this month called Activity Stream. It helps you monitor and gather insights about how your site is socially shared on the web.
Beyond just seeing the social interaction, there are some other actions you can take. You can dive directly into exact page analytics to see how well a single page is doing. If the social interaction is on Google+, you can view the ripple effect of a specific post and see how many other people shared the post.
