In an article by Sarah Perez on TechCrunch, she reports that Google+ will soon be integrating with Blogger.

This is the first of many attacks on blogging services networks like WordPress.com and Tumblr.com.
This move by Google comes at no surprise to me. It’s obvious that both WordPress.com and Tumblr.com have a ton of traffic (and are still both growing)
Despite having more than twice the US traffic of Tumblr, one thing that Blogger lacks is the larger community of users, that both WordPress.com and Tumblr.com have picked up over the years.
Google is hoping that by allowing the two to be connected, it will exponentially increase engagement between Google+ users and Blogger.
At the end of the day, Google is planning on connecting everything to Google+ as it’s becoming more and more the central hub for everything Google does.
