AgentPress, a child theme for the Genesis Framework, it a real estate marketing dream. This child theme provides easy to use tools, to allow real estate agents to run their own site with just a few clicks.
Let’s dive in. (demo)
The header offers your visitors way to connect socially, such as through Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The main navigation also provides easy to access links for the main areas of your website.
Then you have the featured listings right beneath it. Easy to input, easy to read, clear and concise about which property your visitor wants to look at. It includes features such as “New Listing” or “Model Home” or even “Just Reduced,” to allow flexibility in what kind of listing it is. Each listing also has the capability to have a Google map attached to it, to show where the listing is.
In the lower area of the theme, there’s a place to easily add client testimonials, to allow other people to see what your past clients have said about you. This can be a critical part of the sales process, so they know other people have already used you as their agent.
Lastly, the footer area. The four widget areas in the footer make it easy to add an about section, or recent blog entries, or even offer the same ways to socialize with you as you did in the header.
Overall, AgentPress makes it easy to build a WordPress real estate site. Simple to add property information, upload images, and build a classy looking site.
